Our fixed fee simple divorce process includes:

An initial meeting with you (either in person or electronically) to discuss your matter
Preparing an Application for Divorce and related documents required to be filed at Court
Arranging for service of the Application for Divorce on your spouse, or their lawyer (if a Sole Application)
Electronic filing of your Application for Divorce with the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia
Providing you with your Order of Divorce
Keeping you updated about the progress of your matter

Additional costs may include:

Costs to obtain a copy of your marriage certificate
Court filing fee for your Application for Divorce (up to $1060)
Additional affidavits that the Court may require to be filed
Dealing with any response to a Sole Application for Divorce
Cost of agent’s fee for serving documents on your spouse
Appearance at the court hearing for your Application for Divorce
