SCHEDULE OF FEES 2026

Invitation to meditation and issuing S60I Certificate
$440 INLCUDING GST

Half Day Mediation
Includes reading and preparation; travel to venue (up to 1 hour from Gold Coast) and issuing a Section 60i Certificate (if applicable).
$2,200 INCLUDING GST

Full Day Mediation
Includes reading and preparation; travel to venue (up to 1 hour from Gold Coast) and issuing a Section 60i Certificate (if applicable).
$3,300 INCLUDING GST

3 hour Parenting Mediation
Parties are required to have:

• Agreed a date for the mediation
• Booked and paid for a mediation venue or agreed for the mediation to occur online; and
• Agreed who will pay for the mediator fees

$1,200 INCLUDING GST

Extended hours over agreed time
$330 INLCUDING GST

NOTE: Mediations can be arranged either:

• in person at a venue to be agreed and paid for by the parties, or at McLaughlins offices (if available, at no further cost); or
• online using Zoom.
