Mel Freeman

Mel joined McLaughlins in September 2023 as our Office Manager, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the business, providing administrative support across all departments, and co-ordinating firm events. Mel plays a vital role in enhancing business efficiency managing all aspects of the day-to-day running of the firm and its development.

Even more important is the warmth she brings to the team, cultivating a fantastic office culture. Mel’s wealth of experience in office administration and team management matched with her bubbly personality cultivates a cohesive office environment which assists in ensuring that our clients receive the best service.

Mel is the powerhouse we rely on to keep us organised and motivated.

Outside of work Mel enjoys painting, reading and spending time with family and friends.
