Ella joined McLaughlins in late 2018 as our Office Junior before being promoted to Executive Assistant in late 2019. As Executive Assistant to the managing partners of McLaughlins Lawyers it was Ella’s job to oversee and manage the day to day tasks of the business and project manage any firm events. Ella provides administration support to all departments of the firm.
Ella was promoted to a Paralegal role within our property and commercial department in mid 2022 and continues to develop her skills and knowledge under the guidance of our property and commercial director, Pip Davis.
