Ella joined McLaughlins Lawyers in late 2018 as Office Junior and was quickly promoted to Executive Assistant in 2019. In this role, Ella worked closely with the Managing Partners, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the firm, coordinating firm events, and providing administrative support across all departments. Through this experience, she developed a strong understanding of the firm’s diverse practice areas and the inner workings of a busy legal practice.
In early 2022, Ella transitioned into a Paralegal role within the Property and Commercial Department, where she continues to build her expertise under the guidance of Property and Commercial Director, Pip Davis.
Since 2023, Ella has been the primary point of contact for all Conveyancing clients, managing matters from commencement through to settlement under Pip’s supervision. Ella now manages the Conveyancing Department and leads a team of three staff members, overseeing workflows and ensuring matters are handled efficiently and to a high standard. Ella also works closely alongside the department Director, in brainstorming, creating, and implementing all new procedures within the department for the team to follow and uphold their high standard whilst navigating changes to the law.
Ella enjoys working with first home buyers, experienced investors, and everyone in between. She takes a personable and detail-focused approach to conveyancing, with a strong emphasis on clear communication and support, helping clients navigate the purchase or sale of one of life’s biggest investments as smoothly and stress-free as possible.
