Our mediation and conference room space is fresh and full of natural light.
Located on the Main River in Bundall, we are centrally located in the middle of the Gold Coast and an excellent venue for a neutral meeting space.
Included in your daily fee of $250.00 + GST for the day, we include:
- Large boardroom (seats 10) with interactive smart screen able to be used for zoom, whiteboard or computer;
- 2 separate and well distanced meeting rooms (seating for 4), with optional whiteboards and conference phones;
- 2 entrances;
- Tea and Coffee facilities;
- Cold filtered water;
- Delivery Menus for lunches and snacks;
- Calming views;
- Access to HOTA gardens next door to walk and clear your mind;
- A covid safe environment;
- Neutral venue for the parties;
- Assistance with access to photocopying and printing for your settlement documents;
- Free Wi-Fi;
- Accessible by lift and accessible bathroom facilities.

Terms of hire
From April 1, 2021 the relevant fee for bookings must be paid 7 business days prior to the booked date. If a booking is cancelled less than 7 days prior to the booked date, the relevant fee is forfeited and non-refundable.
If you are able to re-book a date with our office within a 30 day period from the cancelled date, you will not forfeit the relevant fees.
The quoted room hire fee of $250.00 + GST for our space is from 9:00 am until 5:00 pm. Where mediations and conferences continue after 5:00 pm, an additional discretionary fee of $70 per hour or part thereof + GST may be charged and will be required to be paid on the day.
Location: Level 1B, 9 Ouyan Street Bundall (next to HOTA).
Parking: Metered all day street parking available directly outside building.
