Murray joined McLaughlins in August 2004 and brought with him over 25 years employment experience in the legal industry with firms in Timaru, New Zealand and Brisbane CBD.

Murray works closely with several of our large commercial property owning clients handling their Commercial and Retail Leasing portfolios in association with the client’s Property Managers and other support staff.

During his time with us Murray has also been involved in several high end Commercial and Retail Shopping Centre sale and purchase transactions from contract negotiation, due diligence and completion and takes pride in the report and service provision he is able to establish with clients.

Murray also specialises in Wills and Enduring Powers of Attorney for existing and new clients and all aspects of Estate and Planning Administration which is an area of law which has become increasingly more complex over recent years as society and family dynamics evolve.
