Geoff Horne has extensive experience in a variety of areas of law, with particular emphasis on commercial litigation and catastrophic injury claims.

Geoff was admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland and the High Court of Australia in 1992. In 1998 he was one of the first lawyers in Queensland to be accredited by the Queensland Law Society as a Personal Injuries Law Specialist.

Dedicated to advancing the interests of clients, he has been a member of the Australian Plaintiff Lawyers Association since 1994 and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America since 1995. He served as a State Executive Member of the Queensland Branch of the Australian Plaintiff Lawyers Association between 1997 and 2000.

In February 2001, Geoff was honoured by his peers in the Australian Plaintiff Lawyers Association as a finalist in the inaugural Queensland Civil Justice Awards "in recognition of an outstanding contribution to the delivery of civil justice".

Geoff has also been supervising partner of the firm's Commercial & Property Division.

Geoff is the appointed Company Solicitor to Queensland's largest independent valuation practice, and oversees all facets of the Company's many and varied legal needs.
